Online ordering

For the convenience of our customers, we offer the possibility to order products directly from the enatruck.lt website. Any registered user can place an order.


Payment for goods

Payment for goods is made by bank transfer or in cash when choosing in-store pickup. Bank transfer details:

  • Recipient: Enatruck, UAB

  • VAT code: LT100009326610
  • Payment purpose: indicate the order number

If payment by bank transfer is not received within 48 hours from the reservation, your order will be cancelled.


Discounts

Customers who have concluded a contract with Enatruck, UAB may receive additional discounts for specific product groups (discounts are negotiated with the sales manager).


Delivery of goods

If the ordered products are in stock, they are delivered within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

If the products are currently out of stock, we will contact you regarding the exact delivery time.

When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you:

  • We can deliver the goods to the address you specify. Delivery cost – €5 including VAT. Delivery is FREE if your order exceeds €70 including VAT. Currently, delivery is available only within Lithuania. We use the courier service “NEGE” for deliveries within Lithuania.
  • You can collect your goods FREE OF CHARGE at the Enatruck, UAB store located at Kirtimų g. 2, Building 1, Vilnius LT-2300. Store opening hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. You will be informed when your order is ready for pickup.
  • If delivery is ordered via DPD courier, we reserve the right to send large-sized items via NEGE courier.


Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return defective products or products that do not meet your expectations.

If you have purchased a defective product, you have the right to return it within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery. In such cases, the defective product will be replaced with a quality product free of charge or your payment will be refunded.

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery. In this case, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Enatruck, UAB undertakes to replace the returned product with another one or refund the paid amount.

In any case, before returning a product, you must inform Enatruck, UAB by email info@enatruck.lt.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

  • the returned product must be in its original and neat packaging (this condition does not apply when returning defective products);
  • the product must not be damaged by the buyer;
  • the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.) (this condition does not apply when returning defective products);
  • the returned product must be in the same комплектation as received by the buyer;
  • when returning the product, you must present the purchase document and indicate the reason for the return.

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the rules approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001 “Rules on the return and exchange of goods” and Order No. 258 dated August 17, 2001 “Rules on the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using communication means”.

Note: underwear, socks, glasses, protective eye shields and earplugs are not exchangeable and cannot be returned in accordance with Clause 18 of the “Rules on the return and exchange of goods”.
