How can I place an order?

You can place an order in three ways:

  • Online: visit our online store at enatruck.lt, choose the products you want, add them to your cart and complete the purchase

Can I order products wholesale?

Yes! We offer both wholesale and retail sales. For wholesale conditions please contact:

We offer individual pricing and conditions for wholesalers, vehicle service centers and business partners.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (for companies and individuals)
  • Cash payment (when collecting goods in store)
  • Payment cards (in the online store)

Can I cancel an order or return products?

Yes, according to Lithuanian distance selling regulations:

  • You have the right to return goods within 14 days from delivery
  • The products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returned items must include all labels and documentation
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and location:

  • In Vilnius: courier delivery from 3–5 EUR
  • In Lithuania: courier services – price depends on weight and distance
  • Across Europe: international shipping – prices are agreed individually
  • Free: pick up your order at our store in Vilnius, Kirtimų g. 2

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times:

  • Vilnius: 1–2 business days
  • Lithuania: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days

If the product is not in stock, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
